Teqtivity provides great overview over assets in the company thanks to integrations that are available and in addition to that great support on creating custom integrations like Iron Mountain (former Wisetek) that gives us real-time view of assets in our warehouse. Teqtivity team in general very supportive in various questions and going above that provides solutions to ITAM solutions that could help us with our inventory management. UI/UX at first seems a bit more complicated and requires more time to get used to it but later becoming very easy use and to find required tools. The platform works very well without disruptions but if they occur the team is quickly identifying the issue and sort it out. During 7 month of usage I had once when the platform didn't work well with reports but it was solved quickly. Pricing comparing to other vendor is significantly better based on users in the system comparing to assets in the company. Didn't use any AI capabilities.
