TenMedia builds, operates and maintains custom software for companies, public authorities and operators of critical infrastructure. Founded in Berlin in 2011. All development happens in house, without subcontractors or offshore teams. The team that builds an application stays responsible for its maintenance and further development. In fifteen years that has added up to more than a million lines of code.

Every project gets one named contact with a direct phone number, no ticket system as a gatekeeper. A written estimate comes before the project starts, hourly rates and maintenance packages are published openly. The processes behind that are documented to ISO 9001 and audited externally.
