Tenderloop prepares replies to quote requests (RFQs) received by email. It reads the request — including PDF, Word and Excel attachments — finds each item in your price list, fills in your own quotation template and saves the reply as a draft in your Outlook, ready to review and send. Prices always come from your price list, never from AI. Anything the system doesn’t recognise is flagged for review, never guessed. And every account starts in draft mode: nothing goes out without your approval. Tenderloop was born at ALTO, a Portuguese manufacturer of pultruded profiles that received 1,448 quote requests in 2025 — around six every working day. We built the tool for ourselves. Now it’s available to other companies. Built for distributors, wholesalers and manufacturers with a price list who work in Microsoft 365.
