Ten Points is a behaviour and wellbeing platform for schools, built by teachers. Teachers award points linked to the school's own values and Houses, so praise means the same thing in every classroom – a consistency that matters most for students with SEND. Incidents, detentions and reflection entries sit alongside the rewards, giving staff a complete picture of each child rather than a list of sanctions. Students open their journal each morning and say how they are. Most entries are happy ones.
