Tempry is HR software for growing teams that don't need — or want to pay for — an HR platform. It covers the three things small companies actually run: time off, performance reviews, and 1-on-1s. Most teams under 100 people track leave in a spreadsheet only HR can see, announce vacation in a Slack channel everyone forgets, and have no reliable answer to "how many days do I have left?" or "who's out next Tuesday?" The alternative has been a full HR platform at $3–7 per person per month — core-SaaS pricing for what is mostly a vacation tracker. Tempry runs where the team already works. Employees request leave with a /tempry command or by messaging the bot; managers approve or reject directly on the Slack message without opening anything. A daily digest posts who's out, Slack statuses update automatically while people are away, and approved leave syncs to Google Calendar. Everything is also available in a web dashboard with a team-wide timeline view, balances, policy groups, accruals, carryover rules, and public holidays. Beyond leave, Tempry runs lightweight performance review cycles with configurable question sets and reviewer selection, plus recurring 1-on-1s with shared agendas and talking points.
