I love the shared inbox and easy-to-use interface of TelBuddy. It's fantastic that I can set up an entire IVR system in just a few minutes, and the AI receptionist is incredibly helpful. The AI can draft messages for me, and I can either send them directly or make edits before sending, which saves me a ton of time. Additionally, having the ability for everyone in the company to share the same inbox makes our employees much happier. The AI receptionist can handle general queries, like our hours of operation and launch locations, which frees up our time considerably. I also love that TelBuddy integrates with our reservation system, allowing everyone in the company to see the messages, not just one person. The feature where I can receive an email for every text message is something I really appreciate. The initial setup was so easy that even my 10-year-old daughter could do it. I also enjoy the reasonable pricing, especially compared to what other services charge just to receive text messages. I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose TelBuddy.
