Appointra is a cloud-based appointment booking and business management platform for appointment-led service businesses such as hair salons, nail studios, barbershops and spas. Each business publishes a public booking site on its own subdomain in Vietnamese, English and Czech, where customers book a service, staff member and time slot without creating an account. Staff manage the resulting appointments in a separate operational dashboard as a table, Kanban board or calendar. The platform also covers point-of-sale checkout, customer records, multi-branch and staff scheduling, service and product catalogues, inventory, reporting, invoicing, payroll and VAT reports. It runs in a browser and charges no per-transaction commission.
