I find Feedspace.io very helpful for collecting feedback from employees. Before using it, SOPs & previous employees' feedback were messy across emails, chats, or spreadsheets, which made it hard to manage. With Feedspace, everything is collected in one place. I have used Feedspace to conduct our first round of interviews, which saved a lot of our time and helped in better screening, and whenever we were stuck, we got a very quick response from the support team. It is very easy to use for both employees and HR. Sharing a link takes seconds, and employees can respond without any extra effort. The feedbox makes it simple for me to review all responses in one view, saving a lot of time. Feedspace has improved the way I gather and organize feedback, especially for employee engagement, onboarding, and training sessions. It helps me understand what employees feel and gives me clear data to work on. This has made our HR processes more transparent and effective.

It is easy to use and, most importantly, the AI features help me create the review form faster. On top of it, the UI/UX is really interactive. A big thumbs up to the support team. They are really quick to answer all my questions... just in the blink of an eye!!

I also like how easily you can integrate all testimonials with your website. The interface is clean, setup is quick, and the team is super responsive whenever I have questions. It’s been a great platform for building trust with my audience. It’s a really fast and easy tool plus, even if you don’t have a landing page, you can still create one using just a Wall of Love. I use it every day to import reviews, and I especially love the auto-sync feature, which brings reviews in automatically so I don’t have to import them manually. It makes my work so much easier, and I get notified every time a new review comes in.
