TeamRally Event Management and Celebrations
TeamRally is a lightweight team culture and event management tool built for small and mid-sized remote and hybrid companies (roughly 50–150 people).
It replaces the typical chaos of Google Forms, Excel sheets, and Slack pings that HR teams use to coordinate company events — offsites, retreats, holiday parties, and virtual team hangouts. Employees interact through tools they already use like Basecamp and Slack, while HR gets a clean dashboard to manage RSVPs, dietary preferences, logistics, and post-event feedback.
A key feature is the Preference Vault — employee preferences like dietary requirements and T-shirt sizes are stored once and pre-filled automatically for every future event, so HR never has to ask the same questions twice.
Beyond events, TeamRally keeps team culture alive between events through Moments — collaborative digital cards the whole team signs for birthdays, work anniversaries, and other milestones — and lightweight recurring touchpoints like virtual hangouts and team check-ins.
The product is built Slack and Basecamp-native, meaning most employee interaction happens inside the tools they already live in, with TeamRally acting as the intelligent backend that remembers everything and keeps HR organised.
