TeamEvo is an employee experience platform that combines functions usually covered by several separate systems: a company intranet, a learning management system, engagement surveys, employee recognition, and an employee directory.
The intranet is the daily surface. It carries company news, a live feed, birthdays, an employee directory and org chart, and a personal task inbox. Teams that already use a collaboration suite keep it — TeamEvo is the layer where company-wide information and HR processes live, not a replacement for chat or a project tracker.
Learning covers both course delivery and employee onboarding. Administrators build courses in a course studio, assemble onboarding programmes from courses, knowledge base articles, tasks and checkpoints, and follow progress per employee. A separate knowledge base holds policies and internal documentation.
Feedback runs through engagement surveys and eNPS, with configurable anonymity. Recognition is tied to company values rather than to a currency, and sits alongside achievements, an idea bank, and challenges. Performance review and HR analytics close the loop.
An AI assistant operates on top of the company's own data. It drafts news posts and thank-you notes, suggests scenarios to HR based on engagement signals, and answers employee questions in the context of the company's own documents. Employees are always told when they are interacting with AI, the assistant does not make HR decisions on a person's behalf, there are no hidden individual employee scores, and sensitive scenarios can be turned off per role or team.
The distribution model is self-serve SaaS. A workspace is created in minutes, without an implementation project or an integrator. Every module is included in a single plan; price depends only on team size, and companies of up to 20 employees use the product free of charge with no trial expiry and no credit card.
On the administration side, TeamEvo provides roles and permissions, an audit log, branding and customization, an open API, and imports of employees and org structure from an HRIS. Single sign-on via SAML, OIDC, Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 is available on every tier, including the free plan. All data is stored on servers located in the European Economic Area and is not transferred outside it. The product is GDPR-compliant, and a signed Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
