TeamCerts is a web-based employee training and certificate-expiry tracker for small companies without a dedicated HR team. Add employees or import a CSV, define training requirements by role, and record completion dates. TeamCerts calculates expiry dates, displays a color-coded training matrix, builds new-hire checklists, and sends a weekly reminder email for expired, missing, and soon-to-expire records. Export training records to CSV. It tracks training already delivered; it does not host courses, videos, or quizzes.
