It's user-friendliness first pops into mind. It is really easy to track team locations, show when everyone will be out of the office or on holiday. The integration with Google Workspace is a plus, eliminating calendar chaos. I have been using it a few times a week. As a visual person, I find the icons extremely useful for planning my days and showing what I'm doing to the rest of the team. Additionally, the fact that it's free for small teams is fantastic for startups or small groups.
