Team Shakti is India's pioneering all-female Capture The Flag team, dedicated to transforming the cybersecurity landscape by addressing the significant gender disparity in the field. Established in 2018 by a group of passionate young women under the mentorship of Shri Vipin Pavithran, the team operates on a peer mentoring model, where experienced members guide newcomers, fostering a supportive and empowering environment. Since its inception, Team Shakti has actively participated in numerous CTF competitions, delivered talks, and conducted workshops, aiming to inspire and equip more women to pursue careers in cybersecurity.
