Tavallio is an AI assistant that turns plain-language requests into completed work across the tools a team already uses.
It runs as a native Mac app, an iPhone app and an Android app, alongside a Chrome extension and a web app, all sharing one account, so work started on a phone can be picked up at a desktop.
Tavallio connects to Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Notion, Stripe, Google Drive and more than 50 other services. Teams use it to clear email and scheduling, turn repeatable processes into reusable playbooks, and schedule automations that run in the background. Every consequential action can be held for approval before it is carried out.
On macOS it can also control the desktop directly, completing work in applications that expose no API, and it ships 13 MCP connectors for tools that support the Model Context Protocol.
Common uses include invoice and billing admin, inbox triage, meeting scheduling, research and comparison, and reporting. It is used by freelancers, agencies, small businesses, and sales, marketing and support teams.
There is a free plan, with paid plans from $5 to $200 per month.
