taula.ai is booking software for restaurants and bars. Guests book a table from their phone at any hour, through the restaurant's own channels: its website, its Google listing and a booking link it can share. The restaurant sees every booking in a live agenda with a floor plan, marks who has arrived, adds phone bookings and walk-ins by hand, and keeps a record of each guest. Booking reminders go out by email, and larger parties can be asked for a deposit that is paid into the restaurant's own account. Each subscription also includes a multilingual QR menu, published from the menu PDF in up to four languages, and a restaurant website generated from the Google listing. taula.ai is not a booking portal and does not bring new diners: it charges a flat monthly fee and no commission per guest. Prices are published, there is no setup fee and no minimum contract, and a restaurant can sign up on its own and use it for 30 days before paying. It is available in Catalan, Spanish and English and is sold in Spain. taula.ai is built and maintained by Joan Sanfeliu Vilarrasa, a software engineer based near Barcelona.
