TattSet is booking and studio management software built for tattoo artists, piercers and tattoo studios. It keeps appointments, client records, deposits and consent forms in one calendar. Clients sign digital tattoo or piercing consent forms on their own phone, and every signed form is saved as a PDF on the client profile. Deposits are tracked per booking, with automatic reminders and optional auto-cancel when a deposit isn't paid. Clients get prep, aftercare and appointment reminders by email, and by WhatsApp or SMS on paid plans. Studios add their artists with roles, share a waiting list and a walk-in QR code, and see insights for the whole team. TattSet runs on web and Android, in 10 languages, with a 30-day free trial and no card needed.
