Tasklans is a project management tool for freelancers and small teams: Kanban boards, a timer on every task, work logs and invoices in the same tool, and a Client role that lets each client follow their own projects without seeing your rates. Everything updates in real time. There is no per-seat pricing - the free plan includes ten users, ten projects and ten clients, and Pro will be priced per workspace with up to ten people included. Everything is free while we're in beta. Invoicing is a Pro feature and opens when paid plans launch. Early users keep their current limits. Built by one freelancer in Slovakia, in the evenings, over the past year and a half. Stack: Laravel 12, Inertia + React (migrating off Livewire page by page), Laravel Reverb, MySQL, Redis, Docker, on our own servers - a plain VPS, not a hyperscaler.
