Taskey is operations software for commercial cleaning companies in the DACH region, combining sites, staff, time tracking, calculation and accounting in one system. At its centre is Taskey Share, the floor-plan client portal: property managers follow every service live, room by room, in an animated building plan, with status, photos and audit-ready records instead of timesheets. NFC tags turn arrival at a job site into a tamper-evident record with timestamp, GPS and staff ID. Real-time margin monitoring shows per site whether a contract earns or burns money, and warns while overruns can still be corrected. AI-assisted calculation reads floor area, service specifications and staff capacity, and flags where subcontracting keeps a contract profitable. The manager app turns a site visit into a quote on the spot; the employee app is multilingual and works offline. Accounting includes payroll preparation and DATEV export. All data encrypted, hosted on German servers.
