A flexible, secure and scalable platform to run your entire recruiting business on.

|TargetRecruit Applicant Tracking System
The best thing about TargetRecruit is that it is built on the Sales(Force.com platform), because of this you can trust that your data is incredibly secure and the platform is flexible to deal with the ever-changing nature of your business processes. I particularly like the having the ability to quickly build reports and dashboards, - and once you get a bit of practice with them, they are very powerful and will allow you and your team to slice and dice the data however you want; vital when you need to make informed business decisions as you grow.

Poor technical support and timezone consideration

The planner/calendar is very functional, with one central administrator able to view at a glance and book interviews and appointments for the team with ease. A lot of other ATS we trialled did not offer an integrated planner or calendar.
