Tarefa is an AI customer support platform for small businesses. It uses information from business websites and uploaded documents to answer customer questions, collect enquiry details and help teams manage conversations. Businesses can embed a chat widget on their website and connect supported email and messaging integrations. The website chat offers Portuguese, English and Spanish interface options, supports document and image attachments, and allows a human team member to take over when needed. Teams manage business knowledge, conversations and active assistants through a web dashboard. Pricing starts at EUR 29 per active assistant per month, with a 3-day free trial and no card required. Account setup and the management dashboard are currently in Portuguese.
