TankBud Pro for Business is field service software for aquarium maintenance companies, stores with service routes, installers, aquascapers and breeders. Keep a client record for every account and group their tanks under it, each with its own water test history, livestock, equipment, photos and notes. Log a visit and send a service report the client opens as a clean view-only page, no account needed on their side. Invoices go out with online payment or the Venmo, PayPal, Cash App or Zelle handles clients already use, recurring invoices cover standing service, and accounting exports keep the books clean. Per-tank maintenance schedules with due and overdue rollups keep water changes and filter service from slipping. Solo is $19 per month; Team is $49 per month with three seats included, and extra seats are $15 per month.
