FactoraERP is the manufacturing operating system for food and agro-processing factories. It replaces the spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and standalone tools many plants still run on with one cloud platform. Production, inventory, quality, finance and the rest all work from a single record of what the plant actually did, from farm-gate intake to dispatch.
Its integrated modules cover production management (recipes, batches, yields), material intake, inventory and warehouse management, procurement, quality control and lab testing, supply-chain traceability, HR and payroll, financial management and costing, and analytics. Mobile capture works offline at the weighbridge or in the field and syncs when the signal returns. Traceability is batch-level, from farm to dispatch.
A built-in AI Factory Copilot answers questions about live factory data in plain language ("How much oil did we produce last week?"). It also forecasts demand, raw-material needs and yields, flags anomalies such as yield drops, cost spikes or unusual stock movements, writes board-ready reports and recommends next steps.
FactoraERP is purpose-built for processors: tea (green-leaf weighing and grading), coffee (cherry intake and lot traceability), dairy (milk intake and lab tests), avocado and edible oil, macadamia, fruit export and packhouses, beverages, animal feed, cosmetics and packaging. Farmer and supplier management, crop contracts, grading and crop-to-product traceability are built in, not custom add-ons.
It is designed for real-world operating conditions, with local currencies and taxes, mobile-money payments (e.g. M-Pesa), tax-authority e-invoicing (e.g. KRA eTIMS), role-based access, full audit trails and an isolated workspace per company. Standard onboarding gets a plant live in under 24 hours. Factora Studio adds no-code customisation of forms, fields and workflows. An optional IIoT module (Factora IoT) brings live sensor data from the plant floor into the same system.
FactoraERP is built by Tamalaki Business Network Ltd in Nairobi, Kenya. It is priced per organisation, in KES for East Africa and USD internationally, with a 14-day free trial.
