I have been using TalkJS as our primary chatting interface for over 7 years and I am consistently impressed by the stability of the tool and the flexibility of the development team. When I request feature updates, they are usually completed in weeks, sometimes even in days, if the request is reasonable. The support is top-notch; I get direct access to the development team, bypassing typical first-line support. My issues are understood and resolved by people who genuinely know what they're doing.
