Taia works hard to provide quality translations in the languages I need using the file formats that I require. The time I have saved using their AI translation as a starting point then moving to a human reviewer among our subject matter experts has been a real difference maker. Their UI is designed for simplicity with almost no training needed. The integrations of the file formats to so many different file types is a huge advantage over other providers. They are priced well in the marketplace and provide options to meet the demands on an acute on ongoing basis. The speed at which the software works is nothing short of amazing with large files being available for translation review in minutes. But the real difference maker is their support, which is incredibly responsive and solution minded. And when the solution is not a current feature, they work hard to implement the idea in a future upgrade.

I use Taia Translations to translate my documents and have been a customer for the better part of the last 5 years. Taia Translations is very fast, and few other services can match its speed and efficiency, especially when I work on diverse projects and languages. I find the AI-supported machine translation very good, particularly when I choose the pricier language model, and the subscription model makes sense. I like that I can translate one file into multiple languages without creating separate projects. Paying for the exact credits used without surcharges is also a plus. The different quality language models are easily distinguishable, so I know which to pick for different project needs. Having everything organized in one place is a significant improvement from scattering work across Drive and emails. The user interface is intuitive, with a color scheme and layout of the CAT tool that I like, being both familiar and offering all needed functions like TM search, find & replace, and glossary. I also appreciate the responsiveness of the Project Management Team. The reasonable ratio of price versus quality of language models is a priority for me, and if this remains, I would be happy to continue the partnership. I haven't interacted with their customer support yet, which I view positively because their UI is intuitive enough.

The translations are fast and high quality. I especially like the features for creating glossaries and style guides, which help ensure greater consistency across translated files over the long run.
