TagoIO offers a responsive and helpful support. The system is well documented and their dashboard system is flexible and extensible. I liked the tag based system which is used to set up access rights, including device and dashboard visibility. Very flexible and easy to use. Custom dashboard widgets and external analysis are easy to integrate.

TagoIO is easy to use both for simple presentations and more complex one. Support team is fantastic with short lead time, and you can also buy help for writing analysis when your knowledge need an extra hand.

The flexibility and possibilities are great. With the free model, you can get a good overview of the different areas and experiment at your own pace. A later upgrade or switch to the Starter and then the Scale variant worked for me without any problems and was easy to implement with little effort. The helpfulness and support are also very good. After a short familiarization period, you can navigate the interface and functions well and work productively quite quickly. Thanks to the MCP connection, it is also possible for people with little prior knowledge to implement great solutions on the platform and find simpler ways to realize their own ideas. Also worth highlighting positively are the cost transparency and the ability to manage resources flexibly across different profiles. Additional or reduced needs can be adjusted "on the fly." I can recommend the platform and am positively convinced by the fair pricing compared to the market. Finally, I would also like to highlight the constant developments and improvements as well as the community. The ability to use the EU instance in addition to the US instance is also particularly noteworthy.
