Tadeus is a voice-based AI platform. It uses an AI voice agent to conduct structured spoken conversations with participants including employees, users, or customersm, in place of live human-moderated interviews or written surveys.
Users create a template by defining a prompt, the questions to cover, and an output schema. They then launch a campaign and invite participants by email, bulk upload, or a public link. Each participant completes a voice conversation with the AI agent, which asks questions, follows up on responses, branches based on answers, and can verify identity or call external systems mid-conversation. Conversations run in over 70 languages.
After each session, Tadeus produces a transcript and a user-defined structured JSON record based on the template's output schema, and can generate AI summaries and campaign-level insights across responses. Results and reports can be exported in PDF, HTML, Markdown, and other formats.
The platform is accessible through a web application and a REST API (with webhooks), allowing it to be integrated into or embedded within other software.
Common use cases include employee onboarding and exit interviews, compliance and comprehension checks, requirements gathering for software implementations, AI adoption, measuring adoption of new tools and user and product research, market research,
Tadeus works from conversation transcripts rather than retained audio, does not use video. It states it is GDPR-aligned, does not train models on customer data, and encrypts data in transit and at rest.
Pricing is usage-based with a free entry point and paid subscription tiers (Starter, Growth, Enterprise); enterprise plans add SSO/SAML, EU data residency, and DPA/SLA terms.
