1. Affordability -- As a non-profit, this is huge. (We switched away from a competitor because they kept raising prices while also taking away features.) 2. Flexibility -- The ability to do both walk-ins and appointments on one system was essential for us, and we like the ability to add another location if needed. 3. Customizability -- We're a pet adoption center that offers a wide range of services. We were able to customize everything to work across multiple programs. 4. Customer Service -- I've gotten prompt, friendly, and helpful responses from support when I reached out! 5. Analytics -- Having the ability to upload analytics into Excel has made the life of this data nerd SO much better.
