TableLink is table management and reservation software for independent restaurants and small groups. It replaces per-cover fees and booking commissions with one flat monthly subscription. The platform covers a real time floor plan with table joins, a branded online booking page, an iPad kiosk for waitlist and check in, and a guest CRM with visit history and reliability scores. SMS and email confirmations and reminders go out automatically, with SMS covering the US and Canada. Restaurant groups get a multi location dashboard, and staff sign in with their own PIN by role. New: guest deposits and card on file holds on Pro plans and above, with rules by party size, day, holiday and date range. Hosts can waive a deposit and note why.
