Every building runs on data. Very little of it is connected. T2 Design Solutions brings the physical and digital sides of the built environment together. We capture real spaces as accurate digital twins and connect them to the systems already running them, from BIM and CAD to IoT sensors, FM platforms and live operational data. At the centre is the T2 portal, a universal data layer that gives teams across every site and location one shared, current view of their estate. Planning, operations and compliance decisions get made on what’s actually there, not on a static model or a spreadsheet nobody quite trusts. We work with organisations in retail, hospitality, defence, construction and manufacturing that want their buildings to be as intelligent as the businesses inside them. When the building and the data agree, everything else gets easier. T2DS is headquartered in the UK, working internationally.
