Syyclops is a digital twin platform for building operations. It combines BIM models (Revit, IFC), building automation (BAS/BMS) data, IoT sensor readings and work orders into one connected model of each building, organized from portfolio down to building, floor, room and individual equipment.
Facilities teams use it to:
- View buildings and assets in 3D and on a portfolio map
- Track live telemetry, work orders and maintenance history per asset
- Ask questions about a building or asset in plain language through the built-in AI assistant, with answers based on their own building data
- Generate editable documents from the model, such as capital plans, work orders, equipment briefs and compliance reports (PDF, Word, Excel)
- Access the twin, AI chat, tasks and photo capture in the field through iOS and Android apps
Integrations include FMX, ACE-IoT, Kaiterra, existing CMMS systems and BACnet via a read-only gateway. Supported standards include IFC, COBie, OmniClass, DTDL, BACnet and MQTT. The AI assistant only uses data each user is authorized to access, and customer data is not used for model training.
Syyclops serves facilities teams in hospitality, healthcare, education and corporate workplaces. The platform is SOC 2 Type II compliant.
