There are many advantages to Synthace, but the most helpful is the in silico simulation tool. This ensures all workflows are successful and will perform as desired. This circumvents the need for conducting water runs, and ultimatley reduces the length of time required for running experiments.

The user interface is straightforward to understand and executes exactly what you require. Quite similar to modern smartphone applications in some nature, meaning it felt naturally familiar to use, and the colour scheme is very accessible and is a lovely aesthetic. From my experience as a complete novice, I could run the robot using synthase within a couple of days, and I think this is mainly due to this user interface.
