PlayOps is play center software for indoor kids' play centers and soft play venues — owner-run floors that still work from a paper register, a phone stopwatch and handwritten receipts.
One screen shows the whole floor. Tap to admit a child; timers run per child and alert at time-up; add-ons go on a running tab; checkout records how the parent paid — cash, card or mobile money. Memberships and prepaid hour passes deduct automatically. Birthday parties are booked and billed in the same place, and parents get WhatsApp updates without anyone typing a message.
On the Growth plan, families can check in with a QR code and sign a digital waiver on their own phone, children wear paper color bands the staff can see on a floor view, and the live floor can run on a TV.
It works in a browser on the tablet, phone or PC already at the counter. A center sets itself up in about ten minutes and gets a full month free, no card.
