Inventory tracks serial numbers, batches and expiry dates, with purchase orders and goods received notes. Payroll prints EA forms at year end. Owners can open sales, purchases, stock and reports in a web browser, and see a sales dashboard with charts for every outlet. AI Document Scan reads supplier invoices and prepares the bank payment draft. Synergy is sold as a one-time licence, works offline, and is supported by a local team in Kuala Lumpur that has served more than 6,000 businesses since 2011.

Synergy POS is a point of sale system for Malaysian retail shops, restaurants and cafés. Retail outlets get barcode sales, serial and batch tracking, returns by receipt, vouchers, member points and multi-outlet stock. Restaurants get table ordering, kitchen printing and split bills. QR ordering and a self-order kiosk are available as add-ons, with card or e-wallet payment at the kiosk. Every sale flows straight into Synergy accounting, so stock, sales and SST stay in one place, and LHDN e-Invoice is supported.
