Our agency has been a customer pf Synergist for a number of years but we've not necessarily been using it to it's full potential. We've recently made the business decision to manage workflow and capacity via Synergist and first we were skeptical about the usability when compared to a specific scheduling tool such as Float or Resource Guru. I'm pleased to say I was wrong. There have been significant improvements in v14 to how these features work and our migration has gone swimmingly. This is in no small part down to the excellent onboarding we had from Jules at Agency Works. She went out of her way to make sure all of queries and concerns were acknowledged, ensuring that our delivery team fully learnt the process at the right pace. The whole agency is now ready top go with our new scheduling and capacity management from Monday. Thank you!
