OpenGMB manages Google Business Profiles for small businesses and the agencies that run them. It works through Google's official Business Profile API. Reviews from every location land in one inbox. Write a reply yourself, draft one with the built-in AI or with Claude, and a set of rules checks it before anyone approves it. Posts work the same way. Profile edits (hours, categories, services) can go to up to 100 locations in one change, and a 24-check health check flags problems, including edits someone made outside OpenGMB. Agencies on the hosted plan get a client portal under their own name, logo and colors. Clients approve replies and posts there and see their monthly reports. Rank tracking shows where a business appears on Google Maps across a grid of points, next to its competitors. Every action in the app is also an MCP tool. Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor or any HTTP MCP client can work on your profiles with a token, and writes still go through the same rules and approvals. Pricing is one plan: $10 a month per account, not per location. The $10 is usage credit. Google calls are free; AI drafts and rank scans use credit. New accounts get $0.50 of trial credit with no card. The core is open source under the MIT license. Run the community edition yourself with Docker, or let us host the full product.
