What I like best about Synctify OMS is that it brings all of our sales channels into one centralized platform. Before using Synctify, managing EDI/API integrations across multiple retailers was complicated, and it was difficult to find an OMS that supported all of our integration needs. Synctify made that process much easier. The interface is clean and easy to use, so our team was able to get familiar with the system quickly. As we've expanded to new retailer channels, the platform has continued to support our integrations reliably.
