A vertical management platform for companies that produce live events and conferences: audio, lighting and video rental companies, staging providers and event production agencies. Every production runs on a single thread, from the quote to the final statement and the invoice. Equipment, technicians, vehicles and crews share one planner, so conflicts show up while planning. The warehouse is tracked with QR labels and UHF RFID tags: load-plan check-outs and returns are verified by scanning the cases. Quotes, final statements, due dates and payments live inside the system, linked to the productions that generate them; outgoing invoices are generated as SDI-ready XML for Italian electronic invoicing, while transmission and archiving remain with the customer's channel. An MCP connector, rolling out with pilot customers, lets users query their data from the AI assistant they already use, with per-user access enabled by an administrator.
