SwingOffice is cloud-based management software built for dance schools and studios. It brings together student and teacher management, classes and schedules, attendance tracking, billing and payments, communications and a mobile app for students and teachers. It includes features designed for partner dancing: leader/follower balance control for each class, role-based waiting lists, partner management and a "taxi" system to fill open spots. Fees, discounts (multi-class, couple, enrollment, pro-rata) and recurring charges are calculated automatically from rules the school sets up once. Students can browse classes, register and pay online from the school's website. Payments are handled through SEPA direct debit batches, card, cash or bank transfer, with automatic receipts and cash management. The mobile app lets students view their classes and class videos, report absences, book make-up classes and receive news and push notifications; teachers record attendance and upload videos. With the annual plan, the app is published on the App Store and Google Play under the school's own name and logo.
