Swim Ops is the club operations platform for member-owned swim and swim-and-racquet clubs — the volunteer-led, 300–700-household organizations that run on dues, bonds, and a resident-priority waitlist, not a generic membership system built for gyms. It brings household membership and annual renewals, refundable bonds and initiation fees, waitlist offers, ACH-first Stripe payments and settlement reconciliation, camps/lessons/lap-swim reservations, and member communications into one system a board can actually hand off between volunteers. Swim Ops migrates a club's real membership data into a private trial before any commitment, so the board evaluates its own households and rules rather than a generic demo. It also exposes a public API and MCP (Model Context Protocol) connections for clubs and developers who want programmatic or agent-based access. Built inside a member-owned club by founder Peter McRae.
