SwiftGuard is an AI receptionist for plumbing and heating businesses. When the plumber is under a sink or out on a callout, SwiftGuard answers the phone in the company's name, tells the caller it is an AI assistant, takes the caller's name, address and problem, and books the job into the connected Google Calendar based on real availability. A business chooses whether SwiftGuard answers every call or only the calls nobody picks up; forwarding is a short code dialled on the existing phone, so the business keeps its number. Callers can also move or cancel an existing appointment or leave a message, and every call lands in the dashboard with a recording, a transcript and the caller's details. Calls it cannot handle are flagged for a callback. The agent speaks English, Dutch, German, French, Italian and Spanish and switches language mid-call. Calls and transcripts are encrypted and deleted after 90 days. Three flat monthly plans include a bundle of call minutes with no per-minute charge.
