As an agency owner using the Tier 3 White Label plan, SwftConnect has been an absolute game-changer. The platform offers a solid, modern, and intuitive UI/UX that allows us to seamlessly offer digital business cards under our own brand.
What sets SwftConnect apart is founder Pawan’s commitment to building a true white-label ecosystem. The platform gives us granular feature control and flexible pricing options to package offers for our clients. The active development roadmap, continuous communication, and fast implementation of agency feedback make it feel like a true partnership rather than just another SaaS tool.

I’m usually pretty skeptical about new gadgets. As the owner of a digital agency, most new-comers on the block look impressive for five minutes, but then you realize it doesn’t actually improve your business. I'm using SWFT to create digital cards for my company, my client's, and even a course I attended so everyone could network with each other.
The “wow factor” was straightforward and backed by real "tangible" (see what I did there?) usefulness because you can use your phone to share it in a pinch. Sometimes the iPhone "tap to share contact" feature doesn't work (and less with android) so it's very convenient to just open my digital wallet and have them scan my QR code.
The platform speed is pretty good and edits are instant. They got you covered with onboarding and training that has been spot on.
I use it for my own business and also offer it to my clients. It creates a much more elegant and memorable way to share contact information, services, booking links, social media, videos, websites, and other important resources. Instead of handing someone a paper card and hoping they remember to look at it later, you’re giving them an interactive digital experience they can use immediately.
The UI is polished, modern, and easy to navigate. The recipient doesn’t need to download an app, which is a huge plus. They can tap the NFC card, scan a QR code, open a link, or access it through their digital wallet. It feels smooth and professional instead of overly complicated.
I also like that it’s not limited to being a fancy business card. It can capture leads, connect with CRM workflows, track engagement, and keep information updated without replacing the physical card. That makes it much more practical for businesses and teams.
One of the biggest benefits for me is how I use it as a client-retention tool. In the past, I might’ve given a good client something like branded steak knives. That’s a nice gift, but eventually they go into a kitchen drawer and the connection ends there.
With SWFT Connect, I can give clients something branded that they’ll actually use in their business. It helps their team look more professional, share information, capture leads, and stand out. Every time they use it, update it, or add a team member, it continues reinforcing the relationship.
That ongoing connection is priceless to me. Keeping one valuable client longer can create far more ROI than the cost of the platform. It helps turn my relationship with clients from “the company that completed a project” into “the company that keeps bringing us useful ideas and tools.”
I also appreciate the white-label side. I’m not just sending my clients to another software company and disappearing from the picture. I can make the platform part of the larger service and experience I provide.
Swft Connect brings together everything I need for networking in one place. My contact details, social links, and business resources are all accessible through a single digital profile. Being able to capture new contacts, rather than just handing out a business card, makes follow-ups much easier. The platform is intuitive and works well.
Swft Connect is a digital business card platform for individuals, teams and enterprises, and a fully white label platform for agencies, resellers and print partners who sell digital business cards under their own brand. Every user gets a branded profile with its own URL, shared by NFC business card, QR code, Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, email signature or direct link, with no app to download on either side. Contacts captured through a tap or scan flow into Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Dynamics 365, Zapier or webhooks, and profiles update in real time so printed cards never need reprinting. Teams get an admin dashboard, branding templates, group management and company wide analytics on flat pricing that is banded by team size rather than charged per seat. Partners get the whole platform on their own domain, with unlimited client companies, unlimited end users, reseller rights and same day launch. Over 10,000 businesses across 100+ countries use Swft Connect, including Deloitte, TUI and Buro Happold, alongside more than 400 white label partners in 30+ countries.
