Sweet CRM is a Swedish CRM platform with built-in AI agents for sales, customer service and marketing. It gives your teams one shared customer view with the full case and contact history, automatic case assignment and automated follow-ups. Sweet AI is built in: it combines your CRM data and your organisation’s knowledge with configurable AI agents that summarise cases, prioritise work and suggest next best actions. Two agents, Sweet Sales Agent and Sweet Customer Service Agent, work out of the box, and you can build your own in Sweet Agent Builder. Users approve every action, and source data is never changed automatically. Sweet CRM connects to Sweet Forms (digital forms and e-signing) and Sweet Automation (integrations and workflows), and is used across banking, finance, insurance, energy, real estate and the public sector in the Nordics. Sweet Systems is ISO 27001 certified, and data is stored in Microsoft Azure or on your own servers, in line with GDPR. Customers include Ahlsell, SkiStar and Falu Energi & Vatten.
Sweet Forms is a Swedish no-code form builder from Sweet Systems for secure digital forms, e-services and customer onboarding. Teams build and publish forms themselves, without developers. Forms can be pre-filled with known customer data, validated in real time and signed digitally with e-signatures. Sweet Forms connects directly to Sweet CRM and Sweet Automation, so submitted data flows straight into your systems. Common use cases are KYC, customer onboarding, agreements and applications in banking, finance and insurance, and digital e-services for municipalities. Sweet Systems is ISO 27001 certified, and all data is encrypted and handled in line with GDPR. Customers include SPP, which replaced paper forms with Sweet Forms, and LF Finans.
Sweet Automation is a Swedish integration platform (iPaaS) and rules engine from Sweet Systems that connects business systems and automates customer processes. Integration flows are built and changed in a drag-and-drop interface, with no developers needed. Ready-made connectors include Kivra, Scrive, Dun & Bradstreet and Spotler, and custom API calls cover other systems. Common use cases are KYC and AML flows with PEP and sanctions screening, customer onboarding, and connecting e-services to back-office systems. Söderhamns kommun used Sweet Automation to connect its e-service platform to its records system and automated 100% of case transfers. Sweet Systems is ISO 27001 certified.
Sweet AI is a Swedish AI platform from Sweet Systems with built-in AI agents for sales and customer service, delivered directly in Sweet CRM. It combines your business data – customers, cases, deals and documents – with your organisation’s knowledge in Sweet Knowledge Hub and configurable AI agents. Two agents, Sweet Sales Agent and Sweet Customer Service Agent, work out of the box, and you can build your own in Sweet Agent Builder, for example for key account management, compliance, back office or contracts. Users work with AI in Sweet Treat, an AI workspace for analysis and next best actions, and Sweet Insights, for AI-driven analysis and recommendations. Agents suggest actions, but users approve every step and source data is never changed automatically. Sweet AI works within existing user permissions, and Sweet Systems is ISO 27001 certified.
