It works offline, solving signal issues on site. Surfaces are priced by painting method and preparation by surface condition, and photo analysis flags unmeasured areas and defects. Clients can estimate their own job. The contractor sends a link and the client walks the property on their phone, photographing and measuring it area by area, inside and out. It comes back as a measured scope the contractor prices in one pass — qualifying the job and removing a site visit. Clients can also start one unprompted, sending a contractor a lead that arrives already measured. Once won, Surfacely generates crew briefs covering scope, safety and materials. Crews log labor and materials on site against a live budget. On completion it reports margins, win rates, scope creep and productivity.
