I enjoy the case sync features and how it builds off of our knowledge base. The response times are quick, and the results are pretty accurate. If it doesn't know something, it will ask for clarification, and I like that feature. The team at Supio is great. John and Daniel are always available or very responsive. I would recommend this product to anyone. I am getting my money's worth for sure.
