Train and integrate Schedule training sessions to ensure that each agent is up to par with the client’s business standards and is able to integrate service in the client’s business operation. Manage operation Ensure business operations run smoothly by consistently monitoring results as well as having open communication between agents and clients for continuous process improvement.
