Superseller is an AI customer support platform for e-commerce sellers, currently integrated with Allegro. It prepares replies for seller approval or automatically answers routine buyer questions using product listings, store documents and seller-defined rules. The platform handles questions about products, delivery, invoices and returns, checks shipment status, responds in the buyer’s language and sends post-purchase follow-ups from templates. Sellers can add store knowledge in PDF, DOCX, TXT and Markdown, refine replies and keep rules based on their corrections. Complaints, uncertain questions and requests for a person are handed to the seller. A simulator lets teams test replies before enabling automation. Superseller is designed for online stores that want to reduce repetitive support work while keeping control over customer communication. A 7-day free trial is available.
