SuperDue works out the Payday Super deadline for every client's pay run and alerts you before it's due. Since 1 July 2026, super must be received by the fund within 7 business days of payday (20 for a new employee's first contribution). Under the ATO's rule, a public holiday for the whole of any Australian state or territory is not a business day for anyone, wherever the employer is. A "+7 days" reminder gets this wrong, and so does one set against your own state's holidays. SuperDue keeps one national holiday list, works out the receive-by date for each pay run, walks back each client's clearing-house lead time to a send-by date, and sends alerts 5, 3 and 1 business days before the deadline by email, Telegram, or a Slack, Teams or Discord webhook. Pay runs are entered by hand or imported from a spreadsheet; there is no Xero or MYOB connection. SuperDue is a software tool, not a registered tax or BAS agent. It tracks dates; it does not work out what anyone owes or give advice. Free for up to 3 active clients: no card, no time limit. The deadline checker and the 2026-27 deadline calendar are free for everyone with no account. Built in Perth for Australian bookkeeping practices.
