Easy to Use, Responsive Team, and Better Lead Qualification so my sales team don't waste time
The product is easy to understand and accessible. The team are also highly responsive to any feedback, and they have a good ticketing system in place in case I want to make changes to the platform or request for automations.
They are able to service the informational layer for inquiries and help my team more efficiently sieve out high propensity leads versus those that are a waste of time. The leads that reach my inbound salespeople are ones that are worth spending time on and will likely result in a conversion. The ones that don't make it past the first layer of AI don't, so I don't have to hire so many people to deal with crappy leads. It saves me costs and time and allows my team to accommodate more volume.
We use it on the daily and it's helped me keep my headcount low.
