Unfortunately, I cannot highlight a single positive aspect of this platform or the company behind it. Our experience has been characterised by mis-sold features, severe technical failures, and a complete lack of accountability from their leadership team. We have not been able to use the platform for a single campaign.

Genuinely, there is nothing positive to report. We entered into this agreement in good faith based on what was presented as a fully functional platform, and it has failed to deliver on every level. We were unable to send a single campaign throughout our contract period, and the experience has been consistently poor - technically, operationally, and in terms of account management.

At this moment, nothing about SuperAGI is great. From the outset, the platform was not fit for purpose, we were unable to send a single campaign for months due to a combination of bugs, data issues, and incorrect initial setup. More concerning was the lack of core functionality required for compliant email marketing. Basic requirements, such as automated unsubscribe handling, were not in place. This introduces significant regulatory risk and is something no business should have to manage manually on an email platform.
