Super Vision is operational intelligence for multi-location retail, built on the cameras you already have. It turns a retailer's existing cameras into a structured, evidence-backed record of what happens on the store floor. Store operations leaders and district managers use it to see when checkout lines formed, whether registers and service positions were covered, how demand compared with staffing by hour, and where execution differs across locations, without reviewing hours of footage or visiting every store.
Your POS records transactions, your workforce software records scheduled labor, and your cameras record activity. What usually has no record is the physical operation in between: waits, coverage, and execution on the floor. Super Vision connects to compatible existing camera systems with authorized access and organizes observable store activity into structured events, metrics, and reports, each backed by supporting evidence.
- Start with one location. No new hardware is required to start; camera compatibility is confirmed during onboarding.
- Compare patterns across stores, dayparts and weekdays.
- Pair with your POS data to see how service gaps relate to conversion. Completed sales come from your POS, not from video.
- Designed around operational observations and anonymous customer behavior patterns, not identifying individual shoppers. Findings describe operational activity, not individual performance scoring.
- Not a live security monitoring or emergency response system.
Built for VPs and directors of store operations, regional and district managers, and owners of multi-location retail businesses.
